All of our items are handled through Printful's print-on-demand service, ensuring that each order is created just for you. This approach not only allows us to offer unique, high-quality pieces but also supports sustainability by reducing waste. Once you place an order, Printful handles the production, packaging, and shipping, delivering your items directly to your door.

  • Processing Time: Each item is custom-made; please allow 2-7 days for production before it ships.

  • Shipping Options: Standard and expedited options are available, with shipping times depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships so you can stay updated.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since each item is made to order through Printful’s print-on-demand service, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or quality issue with the product. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us if you encounter any issues with your order.

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 30 days of receipt with a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.

  • Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale.
